THE BEACH HOUSE
in the Hamptons

THE PROPERTY

Stretching along the sandy peninsula of the Hamptons are miles of untouched beaches, ports, dunes as far as the eye can see, and protected natural habitats. The area is spectacular and its sunsets over the Atlantic are the stuff of unforgettable memories.
Nestled between the ocean and the canal on the famous Dune Road, the Beach House in the Hamptons is truly an oasis where you will bask in luxury, peace and pleasure. With a surface area of 250m2 (2690ft2), the villa can house up to 8 people in 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom. You will be ideally located right on the water where you can moor your boat in front of the property, reach the beach via a private path, or enjoy fiery sunsets from the fire pit. THINGS TO DO
Beach fun
Miles of extraordinary oceanfront promise both moments of private communion with the beach, but also a diverse array of maritime sports: boating, surfing, hiking, swimming, and tanning in perfect tranquility
Bike ride

There’s no better way to explore a place than with one’s hair in the wind. In a few short minutes, you can reach the town of Westhampton beach, or Quogue, to enjoy breakfast at the local bakery
The markets
Discover local organic agriculture at the weekly Farmers’ markets. Do your shopping at the Hampton bays fish market, and never hesitate to stop in on the local farms you will find on the roadside, which are often family operations that have been around for generations
The wine road
Visit the North Fork wineries and prepare to have a unique experience, part musical, part cruise, part gastronomical experience, all in the middle of the vines
Hiking

Measuring just under 7 miles in length, across the forest, lakes and pine groves, the Quogue Wildlife Refuge offers a variety of hiking paths, while being home to many animals native to the State of New York that can no longer live in the wild because of their injuries – including a red lynx, a bald eagle, owls, and hawks
Go to the ends of the world

Take the car to the tip of Long Island and discover Montauk, its lighthouse, and its surfing beaches. There, with your feet in the sand, you can savor a Lobster roll. On your way, stop and explore the typical towns in the Hamptons: Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Amangansett, etc. Or take the ferry all the way to Shelter Island

TESTIMONIALS
“A beautiful house that exudes happiness and inspires relaxation. We really enjoyed spending our vacation by the water, just a step away from the town and all its amenities. The pool is fantastic and we loved roasting s’mores by the fire pit. Ideal for a family vacation to escape the frantic rhythm of city life.”
